| Youth Opportunities Teens-to-Teachers - Teens-to-Teachers is a Volunteer Training Program for area High School Youth.
- The purpose of the program is to train high school students to serve others in a leadership capacity.
- Participants will be trained in the areas of Reading and Mathematics tutoring, working with preschoolers and summer campers, and providing homework assistance in all subjects.
- Participants will have opportunities to provide age-appropriate cultural instruction to students (i.e. foreign languages, art, music, dance, drama, etc.)
- Participants will also have the unique opportunity to collaborate with students from Georgia Military College as the GMC students complete their service hours with the organization.
- Each participant’s performance will be evaluated with a performance record maintained to document the participant’s performance and dates of service.
- Upon request, MBS Learning Connection, Inc. will furnish each participant a letter of recommendation to be included in their college admissions/application packet.
